pho fun

We like to have pun fun with the term "pho {pronounced 'faux'} & friends" when we're preparing it for dinner with friends and family. It's a fresh, simple, DIY or AIY dish {assemble your own bowl} ~ children of all ages enjoy creating their own bow'~of~Pho.

Pho is not 'faux' ~ it's real ~ it is really pronounced 'fuh' like the 'fu' in 'fun.' {Thanks to Amara for enlightening me on this important factoid.}

And a big "thank you" to Ella {with her cella, cello} and her mom, Carol, for a fun "pho & friends" Saturday après-ski dinner at our house.
