This blend was inspired by my friend Claudia whose birthday is this week. Please join me in saying "Happy birthday Claudia!" The blend can be formulated for use topically, in a rollerball applicator, or in small quantities for use as a diffuser blend.
rollerball topical and aromatic recipe
Combine 5 drops Frankincense, 7 drops Peppermint, 7 drops Lavender, and 10 drops Rosemary. Fill the remainder of the bottle with Fractionated Coconut oil. Shake before use on wrists and pulse points, behind the neck, and bottoms of feet.
Combine 1 drop Frankincense, 2 drops of Peppermint and Lavender, and 4 drops of Rosemary in cold mist diffuser of choice.
